1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GrowthMap (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle data including product analytics. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Jordan Kennedy (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
2. What GrowthMap Provides
GrowthMap is a one-time-purchase tool that generates a personalized growth playbook for your mobile app or web product. You submit a product URL, we collect publicly available data about your product and its competitors, and we deliver a report with growth strategies, outreach targets, and an action plan. Reports are delivered as a one-time output based on the data available at the time of your request.
3. Purchases and Refunds
GrowthMap is sold as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. Because a significant portion of the cost is computational (API calls, data collection, and AI analysis), reports are non-refundable once the analysis pipeline has been initiated. If you experience a technical error that prevents your report from being generated, please contact us and we will make it right.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use GrowthMap only for lawful purposes. You may not submit URLs for products you do not own or have authorization to analyze. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service. You may not use the Service to generate reports for competitors of GrowthMap for resale or competitive intelligence purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms.
5. Accuracy of Reports
GrowthMap collects real, publicly available data to power its analysis. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the information in your report. Competitor data, SEO metrics, and market signals are sourced from third-party APIs and may not always reflect the current state of the market. Growth recommendations are strategic suggestions, not guarantees of results. Use the report as a starting point for your own research and decision-making.
6. Intellectual Property
The growth report generated for your product is yours to use however you like. The GrowthMap platform, codebase, branding, and methodology remain the property of GrowthMap. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish reports as a product or service without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowthMap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business losses. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not endorse any specific growth strategy, channel, newsletter, podcast, or third party mentioned in your report.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GrowthMap at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms of Use. If your account is terminated for a violation, you are not entitled to a refund.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
